Macon Bagels was founded in 2021 by Lauren Bone and Patrick Rademaker.

 

A mutual love of food, old buildings, community, and the outdoors brought them to Macon to start their bakery adventure.

They are proud to have been serving downtown Macon with some damn good food for five years.
